The company.
CBH prosjekt & designledelse offers strategic design management to private and public companies, and operate as a link between the client and their partners, internal and external.
The company was established on 1 October 2013 by Camilla Block Hellum, as the sole owner and employee of the company.
Me.
I am a strategic design consultant with experience from “all sides of the table”; from the design industry, from the client side – and in recent years, as an independent consultant.
My field of competence is sustainable business strategy, project-, programme-, process- and design management.
With experience from working with large organisations, I am well acquainted with formal processes and has through these assignments gained both strategic and operational experience.
I design, lead and facilitate entire processes; from research to decisions with owners and stakeholders, up to realization, launch, handover and implementation.
I hold certifications in Design Management, Prince2Agile and MSP/ Programme Management among some.
Currently, I am attending Executive Master of Management in SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS STRATEGY at Norges Handelshøyskole with Professors Lars Jacob Tynes Pedersen and Sveinung Jørgensen, learning how to turn sustainability issues into profitable business opportunities and strategic competitive advantages.
Location.
I am located at Sentralen in Øvre Slottsgate 3 together with more than 250 other social innovators and cultural producers.
