Value from waste

Give used towels new life!

Inspired by my Master's study in Sustainable Business Strategy, I have given used towels a new life as bathrobes/surf hoodies.

These bathrobes/ surf hoodies are made from good hotel towels that cannot be used anymore due to a small hole, a thread, or they simply deserve a "rest" from the cycle of washing, ironing and use in hotels around in Norway.

Creating value from textile waste can be my - and your small contribution to a circular economy and to nature.

The feeling of walking home dry and warm in my bathrobe after a swim, is the best experience I can get from nature. A bath gives me a real restart.

Remanufacturing

The bathrobes are made in collaboration with Moving Mamas, a company with skilled and competent immigrant pattern designers and sewers. Having immigrants in the workforce is a strength for the individual worker, for working life, and for our society. By developing and using their abilities, heads and hands, and create a social network, we achieve a greater sense of belonging and accomplishment.
