Annual Report 2024
February 14 2024, the annual report for Gjensidige was published at the Oslo Stock Exchange and at Gjensidige.com. The report describes how Gjensidige creates value for customers, owners and society.
The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
This year the report includes a dedicated sustainability report based on the new common European framework CSRD. The directive introduces new and comprehensive sustainability reporting standards for companies operating within the European Union, and aims to enhance the quality, reliability, and comparability of sustainability information. It requires detailed disclosures on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters.
A team effort from start to finish
The work on Gjensidige's annual report requires significant effort from many dedicated employees across various parts of Gjensidige.
We begin the work as early as spring the year before, evaluating last year’s report and mapping out the content needed to meet requirements and expectations.
Those directly involved include accounting, sustainability, IR (Investor Relations), brand and communications, as well as a steering group from executive management. Additionally, many contribute content to the report.
